Simply contact us via WhatsApp with your preferred dates, motorcycle type, and delivery location. We'll confirm availability and arrange everything for you. No advance payment needed — pay upon delivery.
You'll need a valid passport or ID card, and an International Driving Permit (IDP) or local Indonesian SIM C license. We also require a refundable security deposit of Rp 500.000.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your rental start time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of Rp 100.000. No-shows are charged one full day's rental.
Call our 24/7 roadside assistance number. We'll send a technician or replacement bike to your location as quickly as possible, usually within 30–60 minutes depending on your area.
Absolutely! Just message us via WhatsApp at least 2 hours before your rental end time. Extensions are charged at the standard daily rate, and multi-day discounts are applied if applicable.
With Basic Coverage, you're liable for repair costs from your security deposit. With Full Coverage (+ Rp 50.000/day), all accidental damage is covered with zero excess.
